Germany & Netherlands top of group a after day 1

Group A of the European Indoor Nations Championships just finished day 1. Germany and The Netherlands are in the top-spots with four points each, after an exciting 6:6-draw to end the day. Germany had beaten Russia 6:4 in their first game while The Netherlands got three points from England with a 7:6 earlier in the day. Russia and England both got their points from a 3:3 in the game against each other.

Germany against England and Russia against The Netherlands will finish the group stage tomorrow and decide about who will be in the semifinals.
